Both. You can book by the hour, by the half-day or full-day, or choose one of our set packages for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and other occasions — each with its own inclusions.

Is there a concierge service for extras like catering or decoration?

Yes. Our concierge service can arrange catering, decoration, photography, entertainment and more — just tell us what you have in mind when you book and we'll put together a package with the charter itself.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off from my hotel or home?

Yes. We can send a car to pick you up and drop you off after your charter, so you don't need to worry about parking or transport on the day — just share your location when you book.

Is a captain and crew included in the price?

Yes, every charter includes a licensed captain and crew — you are never expected to drive the yacht yourself. Fuel and safety equipment are included too.

How many guests can a yacht hold?

It depends on the yacht — our fleet ranges from smaller boats comfortable for up to 12 guests to large luxury yachts that hold 30 or more. Tell us your group size and we'll recommend the right size.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks. Alcohol needs to be arranged in advance as part of the booking rather than brought last-minute. We can also arrange catering for you if you'd rather not bring your own.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and offer flexible installments through Tabby on eligible bookings, so larger celebrations don't need to be paid in full upfront.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends and public holidays get booked up quickly, so we recommend booking at least a few days ahead for those. Weekday charters are often available with shorter notice, and simple add-ons can usually be arranged within 24–48 hours.

What happens if the weather is bad on my booking day?

Safety comes first — if conditions aren't safe to sail, we'll work with you to reschedule your charter to another date at no extra cost.

Where do charters depart from?

Most charters depart from Dubai Marina or a marina near Palm Jumeirah. We'll confirm the exact departure point and route based on your preferred location and occasion.
